I want to thank you so much for all your kindness last week while my husband, Vernon, was in Ft. Worth looking for just the right Lexus.

Offering your mechanic and facilities was an unexpected kindness that is appreciated more than you know.  Because of the mechanics expert opinion it forced us to keep looking and I am even more thrilled with the one I chose!

Dear Chris,

Just a note to say thank-you for all the time you spent with me when I bought my new Forester.  You probably will have to talk to me again sometime.  I seem mentally challenged sometimes trying to figure out new things.

I really appreciated your thoughtfulness and kindness you gave me in this buying process.  I will definitely recommend you and Teape Subaru to anyone I know who needs a new car.

I love this car so much I hate to park it at night.

Dear Mr. Teape:

I am writing on behalf of my husband, Travis Leigh.  He recently purchased a 2010 Outback from your Hurst location.  I thought you should know that we had a wonderful experience with your sales and service staff.  Our sales person was William (Bob) Stoker and he has been amazing!  He was extremely knowledgeable about your product and answered any questions that we had, some before we even had to ask.  He followed up with us after our first visit and after our purchase.  We had a couple of issues that needed to be handled with the paint and he, Kelvin Bryant, Ryan Taylor, and your entire staff went out of their way to make sure it was remedied.

My husband and I have been swayed to the Subaru way of life.  We were loyal Chrysler-Dodge customers, until our visit at Teape Subaru of Hurst.  The superior Subaru product and the superior service have us sold for life!  When it is time to trade in my Chrysler Town and Country, I can almost guarantee you I will be in to purchase a Tribeca.

We had a wonderful experience at your dealership with Russell Washington our professional sales consultant.  Russell addressed all avenues to find the 2010 Outback with the options we wanted.  We are very thankful for his persistence and for driving down to Houston to get our car.

P.S. Bruce, I didn't hear your voice message until 6:00 a.m. this morning on my way to work.  Last night, when John Creek and I returned from dinner to pick up his car, I was amazed to see you still in your office.  I made the comment to John, "My gosh, Bruce is still here!"  John said, "Awww, finance people are always the last to leave."  This, indeed, may be true; however, Bruce, after listening to your voice message this morning, I know you were still at work at 9:20 pm because you were waiting for us to return.  If you had not stayed, John would not have been able to get his car ? Bruce, I hope/I know Teape Subaru understands how fortunate they are to have you on their team.   Thank YOU!
